This six figure sum project was a six month undertaking was completed to the clients full satisfaction in July 2006 and included a loft conversion to provide two further bedrooms and two bathrooms, extension of the existing dwelling to both front and rear and a full refurbishment of the existing accommodation.

To the front of the dwelling the lounge was extended in addition to the entrance lobby being created.

At first floor three new dormer windows have been installed and the original roof tiles reused as per the clients instruction.

To the rear a new two storey extension has been added along with two dormer windows to the existing roof space.

The new double glazed patio doors to the rear of the lounge have the benefit of additional solar reflection qualities to ensure that during the winter the heat is retained and in summer the main living space is kept at a bearable temperature.

From within the lounge the newly created bay window affords excellent views over the Northumberland coastline and maximises the natural light within the living accommodation.

The completely new and fully fitted kitchen now mirrors the size and quality of the property.

Features include an extensive range of base and wall units with natural wood worktops and inset enamel sink. Integrated appliances including double oven with grill and four ring hob with extractor over, fridge, freezer and automatic dishwasher.
