General Project History Past projects have included Marine House Hotel, Alnmouth (pictured right) which was totally converted into five residential apartments to a high specification which commenced in May 2003 and was completed in April 2004.

Harbour Road, Beadnell This six figure sum project was a six month undertaking was completed to the clients full satisfaction in July 2006 and included a loft conversion to provide two further bedrooms and two bathrooms, extension of the existing dwelling to both front and rear and a full refurbishment of the existing accommodation.
